wanna get fit?! yeah, me too.

hiya friends :) happy wednesday!!

while i'm out and about, jet-setting the continental US and working my little auditor booty off, i figured i'd introduce you to a sweet friend of mine.

you know how blog world does a really fantastic job of bringing a lot of people together? yeah, well thanks to bloggy-land, i have met my twin. seriously, we have an extreme love for Batman, we really like coffee and we're both on our way to be more healthy & get into a fit routine.

so without further ado, i give you Courtney aka: Twinpop!

Hey everyone!  For those of you that don't already know me-- I'm Courtney from Little Miss MBA, writing to you straight from sunny San Diego, California.  Little Miss MBA is a blog about my life after graduate school, which translates into "I write about whatever the heck I feel like writing about."

I feel so honored to be guest posting for my blog-world twin, Myra.  As you all know, our girl Myra has been on a total fitness kick lately.  Despite all of her traveling, this little lady has still been eating well and kicking booty at the gym.  It's pretty motivating.  And since it was Myra who inspired me to dust off all of my at-home fitness gear, I thought it would only make sense to share my 3 at-home fitness must-haves with y'all!

We all have days where we can't possibly make it to the gym, so it's great to have these three things handy at home to fit in a quickie workout.
1. I pretty much swear by my stability ball.  I use it to workout my arms, legs and of course-- my abs.  It's basically an at-home gym in itself.  The best part?  These things only costs about $20!  Women's Health has some awesome stability ball exercises that you can try HERE!
2. Every girl should own a set (or two) of neoprene hand weights.  I have a set of 5lb. weights and a set of 8lb. weights (for when I want to feel really buff).  Who doesn't have time to bust out a few sets of curls during Pretty Little Liars commercial breaks?!
3. My final at-home fitness must-have is a workout DVD that you absolutely LOVE.  My personal favorite is The Biggest Loser Weight Loss Yoga.  It totally kicks my butt, but in a good way.  It makes me feel really accomplished.  And let's face it, Bob is super motivating!

And now that I have your attention, don't forget to go enter my Valentine's Day Giveaway for a Frosted Willow pearl bangle bracelet through the end of the day on Valentine's Day (enter by 12:00am on Friday, February 15).  One lucky winner will be announced later that day!

I have that DVD and she's right, it does kick your butt. I need to start doing it more. Because currently, I've done it 2x and I've had it for almost a year =[
